Boracay: Dos Mestizos

Looking for a classy place to eat in Boracay? Dos Mestizos (located near the Station 3 police station) is a Spanish restaurant that serves one of the best Paella I’ve ever tasted.

Their rustic interior is gorgeous.

So far, we have ordered 3 of their Paella:
Paella Valenciana: Our personal favourite. Paella with mixed meat and seafood.

Paella Negra: Paella cooked in fresh squid ink. Don’t worry. It does not have the fishy taste from the squid ink.

Paella de Mariscos: Seafood paella with lots of clams, fish, squids and shrimps without the fishy taste. Perfect for seafood lovers.

Good food, great ambiance and fantastic service — these are the reasons why we always make sure to eat at Dos Mestizos every time we visit the island. In our opinion, it’s definitely one of the best restaurants in Boracay.
