Bacolod: Kuppa Roastery (Breakfast)

A trip to Bacolod is not complete without a visit to Kuppa Roastery at Shopping. We took the earliest flight and shops were still closed so we went straight to Kuppa for breakfast.

Sardines and Eggs in Purgatory

Sardines and Eggs in Purgatory

Sardines and Eggs in Purgatory (PhP 295): Sardines in spicy tomato sauce with 2 eggs served on a hot metal pan served with garlic rice — a very classic Pinoy meal. It’s simple but very tasty and filling. It also comes with a free hot / cold coffee.

Salmone Affumicato

Salmone Affumicato

Salmone Affumicato (PhP 260): Open faced sandwich with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on brioche topped with sour cream and dill — my favourite Kuppa sandwich.
